The routine itself was easy enough to follow, so no complaints there. But I felt like the goalposts kept moving a bit — first it sounded like I’d notice clear results quickly, then it was more like I needed to give it more time or do extra steps. In the end, the results were just okay

I didn’t realize how helpful the photo check-ins would be. Some weeks it felt like nothing was changing, which was kind of frustrating, but then I’d compare the older pictures with the newer ones and the difference was actually ridiculous. It made it way easier to stick with it and not quit halfway through. Super easy to follow too.

With the consultation and the products together, it felt reasonable. Not exactly cheap, but for basic skin help without making it too complicated, I’d say it’s good value

I cancelled my plan and had to chase it up twice, which was annoying. The refund did come through after a few days though, so I guess it worked out. Support was okay—actually, maybe okay is generous, they were polite but slow and a bit confusing.

The app is easy to figure out and does what I need without much hassle. It does run a bit slow sometimes, which can be annoying, but overall it’s been a decent experience. I just hope it gets a little smoother because I really want to like using it every day...

I tried CureSkin mostly because I wanted a dermatologist consultation, but it felt rushed. The response came quickly, but it didn’t feel very personal to my actual skin concerns. I was expecting them to ask more questions or explain things properly before recommending products. When I reached out to support, I also felt like the issue was being put on me, like I hadn’t followed things correctly, instead of them trying to understand why I was confused or unhappy. It might work for some people, but for me the consultation and support experience didn’t feel helpful enough

I expected the app to walk me through things without making it complicated, and for the most part it did exactly that. The steps were clear and easy to follow, so I didn’t really get confused along the way. The only thing I expected to be a little stronger was the reminders, since they could’ve been more helpful or noticeable.

I paid on cureskin.com and, uh, it was mostly hassle-free. The page loaded properly and my UPI payment worked on the first try. I got the confirmation message after a few seconds, which was good. The only thing is, I wish the payment status updated a little faster on the site. Overall, not bad at all, smooth experience.

"Offers could be clearer"
I tried CureSkin after seeing a discount offer and kind of signed up in a hurry, so maybe I didn’t read every little detail. The app was fine overall, and the skin plan was easy to follow.
What confused me was the pricing. The discount looked like one thing at first, but later there were extra costs I wasn’t expecting. It’s not a bad service, I just wish the offers were explained more clearly before payment.
